Excellent! A comment on your web site - I have yet to find such a well laid out site with customer service second to none! Your prompt response to e-mails is outstanding!

I am just writing to thank you for your very efficient service. I ordered an item last week and was expecting it to arrive in a five days. However, I had it the next morning. Very impressive and your prices were much better than at a local shop.

All arrived safely today - thanks for the extra effort to get it to me (just in time - we head for the airport tomorrow!)
