How much will it cost to deliver my order?

Our standard delivery charge starts at £1.95 but the cost of delivery is based on the weight of your order, the method of delivery and the delivery country that you choose.

Simply add all the items to your shopping basket and select you delivery options and the system will calculate the cost of your delivery for you.

All orders will be shipped as soon as possible - subject to payment authorisation and availability of stocks.

Please Note. Where items on your order are out of stock the order will ship once all of the orders components become available. If you would rather not wait for the remainder to come in to stock, we advise that you place a separate order for these items.

When will you despatch my order?

This depends on the method you have asked us to send your order to you and the time with which you place your order.

Next Working Day Delivery
Provided that your order is placed by 3pm on a week day and all of the items on your order are in stock we will despatch your order on the same day, for in stock orders placed after 3pm we will despatch your order the next working day.

Where items on your order are out of stock the entire order will ship as soon as all of the items become available. If you would rather not wait for the remainder to come in to stock, we advise that you place a separate order for these items.

Express Delivery
Provided that all of the items on your order are in stock we will despatch your order as a priority, general within one working day. Where items on your order are out of stock the entire order will ship as soon as all of the items become available. If you would rather not wait for the remainder to come in to stock, we advise that you place a separate order for these items.

Standard Delivery
Provided that all of the items on your order are in stock we will despatch your order as soon as we can, general within one to two working day but sometimes slightly longer during very busy periods. Where items on your order are out of stock the entire order will ship as soon as all of the items become available. If you would rather not wait for the remainder to come in to stock, we advise that you place a separate order for these items.

What are my delivery options to the UK?

We offer three levels of service depending on how quickly you need your order delivered.

Standard
Standard delivery usually takes 2-3 working days from despatch and will be sent be either via Royal Mail 1st Class, Royal Mail Tracked or APC Couriers depending on the size and weight of your order. As a rough guide, orders up to 1Kg will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class, orders up to 5Kg will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked and the remainder will be sent via APC Couriers. Orders larger than 250mm x 250mm x 610mm will be sent via APC Couriers regardless of weight.

Express
Express orders are despatched as a priority over standard orders and usually take 1-2 working days from despatch. They will be despatched either via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail Tracked, APC Overnight or ParcelForce depending on the size and weight of your order. As a rough guide, orders up to 1Kg will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery, orders between 1Kg & 5Kg will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked, orders over 5Kg will be sent via APC Overnight and consignments for the Highlands and islands by ParcelForce.

Next Working Day
This shipping method guarantees next working day delivery (notwithstanding failure to deliver by the delivery agent). Your order must be placed before midday on a weekday in order that it can be delivered on the next working weekday. This service is available for mainland UK only (some areas such as Scottish Highlands are excluded). Shipments will be despatched via ParcelForce Worldwide or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please Note. You should expect to have to sign for your delivery, collecting your order from your local depot may not be convenient and as such we advise that you request delivery to an address accordingly.

What are my delivery options outside the UK?

We offer two levels of service depending on how quickly you need your order delivered.

Standard
Standard International method is suitable for all orders to be shipped outside the United Kingdom. Parcelforce Worldwide takes 3-21 days for delivery from despatch, dependant on location. Shipping prices are calculated on the size and volumetric weight of the goods contained in the parcel.

Please Note. International orders can only be shipped to the billing address and PO Box addresses may not be accepted.

Express
This shipping method is suitable for all orders to be shipped outside the United Kingdom. DHL Express takes 1-4 days for delivery from despatch, dependant on location. Shipping prices are calculated on the size and volumetric weight of the goods contained in the parcel.

Can I use an alternative delivery address?

If you would like us to ship to an alternative address rather than your registered billing address, simply tick the box (when you are checking out) and complete the address details.

You should expect to have to sign for your delivery, collecting your order from your local delivery depot may not be convenient and as such we advise that you request delivery to an address accordingly.

Please Note. For UK registered credit/debit cards we can only ship to addresses within the UK. Unfortunately for PayPal users and overseas customers we can only ship to your registered billing address. These restrictions are online fraud prevention measures issued by the banking community and are beyond our control, sorry.

Can I Track My Delivery?

As soon as we have picked and packed your order we will send you an email notifying you of the pending despatch, the method of delivery and an estimate of when you can expect to receive it.

Where available we will also include the tracking number provided by the courier so that you can track it live via their online tracking service.

You should expect to have to sign for your delivery, collecting your order from your local delivery depot may not be convenient and as such we advise that you request delivery to an address accordingly.

Royal Mail 1st Class
Royal Mail 1st Class is not a trackable service. 1st Class deliveries usually take one to three working days from despatch, however Royal Mail advises you should allow more time for delivery during the run up to Christmas Day.

Royal Mail Tracked & Royal Mail Special Delivery
To track your RM Tracked or RM Special Delivery service simply enter the tracking number from your despatch confirmation email into the Track & Trace service on the Royal Mail website.

ParcelForce
To track your ParcelForce delivery simply enter the tracking number from your despatch confirmation email into the Track Your Parcel service on the ParcelForce Worldwide website.

APC
To track your APC delivery simply enter the consignment number from your despatch confirmation email into the Online Tracking service on the APC website.

DHL
To track your DHL delivery simply enter the tracking number from your despatch confirmation email into the Shipment Tracking service on the DHL website.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes, as a general rule the courier will require a signature on delivery.

The vast majority of drivers will no longer leave parcels unattended for security reasons, leaving a note for the driver to leave a parcel inside the back gate for example may not be fulfilled. As such we always advise that you provide a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the parcel i.e. a work address or trusted neighbour.

However, if your order is small, light and inexpensive, and you choose to have it sent to you via our standard service, it may be delivered to you via Royal Mail 1st Class post and may therefore be delivered with your normal mail.

Can I Collect My Order?

Yes of course, if you live locally and want to pop into the shop to pick up your order that's fine.

Overseas Orders, VAT and Import Duties

If your delivery county is inside the European Union then your order will be subject to VAT.

VAT (Value Added Tax @ 17.5%) will be automatically calculated and included in your total according to the delivery country that you select when choosing your delivery options. No further import taxes will be due on your order.

For exports to countries outside the EU although these are exempt from VAT you may be required to pay import duties by your government, you will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.

Some countries (including but not limited to Israel, Norway, Switzerland and Turkey) do not impose import duties on products shipped from the EU, however in some cases you may be required to pay a local sales tax; you will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.

Missing Or Damaged Delivery?

If your goods have either been received as damaged or are missing please contact customer services immediately, either by email customer.services@simplyscuba.com or by calling us on 0844 567 7070.

If the goods are damaged we will need a proof of the damage, either by the item being returned to us, or in some cases a image sent via email. By speaking to customer services they can advise you on the best course of action. Once we have verified the damage we can then rectify the situation by either sending out a replacement item or a replacement part.

If your goods have simply gone missing for UK orders we simply have to wait 5 days past the standard delivery time and we can then re-send you the goods. If you are an overseas customer we have to wait up to a maximum of 30 days from dispatch, after this period has passed we can re-send the goods.
