UK Returns and Exchange Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Simply Beach purchase. If you wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 28 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs) or an exchange, as long as it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact. Goods must be unworn and unwashed. Where relevant, hygiene strips must be in place.

In the interest of hygiene, please wear underwear when trying on briefs and avoid make up coming into contact with underwear or clothing when trying them on. We may refuse to refund or exchange if it's clear this hasn't been done, and return the goods to you.

Hosiery packs must be returned unopened and undamaged.

Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The latest acceptable date for returns is printed on your delivery note for clarification. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns received later than this, so please also allow enough time for your goods to get back to us.

We will send you a Royal Mail Free Returns label with your goods and delivery note. Peel this off and stick it to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your post office. If you need a replacement, please contact Customer Services and we’ll email you another one.

We advise that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for items not received back with us.

We aim to process refunds and exchanges the day we receive them, however during busy times it make take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.

To avoid delays in processing your return, please ensure that the returns note enclosed with your order is completed and returned with your parcel.

Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Exchanges are sent out free of charge.

What if an item is faulty?

In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives then we'll be happy to replace it for you.

If an item becomes faulty after a period of time then please contact customer services before returning it. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.

We will send you a free postage label or refund your return postage in these instances (item weight dependant) so you don’t incur any additional costs.

In either of the above events please contact our customer services team on CustomerCare@TheSimplyGroup.com or telephone 0844 567 7070 between 9:00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday to arrange the return.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

International Returns and Exchange Policy

Items despatched outside the United Kingdom and inside the European Union may, at our discretion, be refunded provided that returned items have not been used in any way and are returned to us with their original packing with any tags attached "as new" within 28 days of the date of despatch. Should you require an alternative item please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the alternative. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items.

We do not offer a refund (excluding faulty items) in relation to goods delivered to countries outside of the European Union.
