Located just outside the fashionable and picturesque town of Whitstable in Kent, we operate our retail outlet, customer services centre and warehouse from our large modern industrial premises.

Harnessing information technology to streamline our business has been fundamental to our success in keeping prices down and customer services up. Having been awarded a National E-Commerce Award back in 2001 we have been at the forefront of online retail ever since and are always thinking of new ways to help you research and buy products online

Offering retail and internet sales in scuba & snorkeling equipment, camping equipment, swimwear, beachwear, skiwear and sports & fitness we hold massive stocks from all leading brands. Our teams in sales, warehousing, despatch and post sales are available to offer you great value for money and a level of expertise and customer service that few companies can equal.

We have a showroom (To view a map please click here), open to the public Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 5.00pm (4.30 on Fridays). Customers can visit us here to view our vast range of equipment and travel accessories. You can come and try on the products and get professional advice from any of the qualified sales staff.

Our Ethos

With our online sales we endeavor to offer the highest quality of customer service you would expect from the best high street stores or boutiques. Certainly it is not possible to try equipment on for size or handle the equipment before you buy it online, but with as much information as is available about products, reviews, high quality images and video shown on the website, customers are able to make well informed decisions on what equipment will be best for them.

If in any doubt however, they have the opportunity to call or e-mail for advice from any of our fully qualified sales staff, be it regarding sizes, which piece of equipment is most suitable in certain environments or the shade of colour of a product required to match an existing set of equipment! Someone is always on hand to answer these questions as quickly and concisely as possible.

Once products have been chosen and ordered from the website or by telephone, we offer a number of postage choices to make sure the goods arrive in the best and quickest way for you. We keep as much equipment as we can in stock although to help minimize overheads that lead to price increases we do operate a just in time service for selected products so that orders can be dispatched with a minimum of delay.

Each order dispatched is then updated by e-mail with the method, tracking number (where applicable) and date of dispatch, to ensure that customers have all the information they need about the parcel they are expecting, at their fingertips.

Once received, we hope that every customer is extremely satisfied with their purchase. However, if they have received any item which they are not completely satisfied with, the item(s) can be returned for a full refund within 28 days so long as they have not been used at all (trying items on is fine).
