Be a bronzed goddess for your winter sun getaway with a few of our favourite fake tans. The perfect way to a safe and sun-kissed glow as tested by the Simply Beach team.
We've chosen three different self tanning products to test, one high end, one mid-range and one more budget option, so we hope that there's at least one that would suit your budget.
Bondi Sands Tanning Mousse
What they say - Named as Australia's No.1 tanning brand, this lightweight foam with a signature coconut scent will leave you with a deep natural tan.
£17.99 for 200ml
What we say - The perfect tone, easy application and long lasting colour. But there is transfer onto clothing when you first apply the tan before washing it off so make sure to wear dark clothes or be ready for orange bed sheets in the morning!
Vita Liberata 2-3 Week Tan Mousse
What they say - Organic, paraben-free and moisture locking for skin hydration. This luxury tan is one of the best on the market right now.
£37.50 for 125ml
What we say - Super fast drying, no streaks and very easy to apply. But this would need 2 or 3 layers to give a dark tan colour as one layer only gives a lightly tanned tone.
St Moriz Dark Tanning Mousse
What they say - Enriched with Olive Milk & Vitamin E, streak-free and dermatologically tested for a professional looking tan.
£4.99 for 250ml
What we say - The St Moriz gives a good colour tone for a budget price. The only thing to note is that you do need to give it several hours to develop in order to achieve a deeply tanned look.
Have you tried any of these self tans or are there any other tanning brands you would recommend?
