Monthly Product Review Prize Draw

• The promoter is Perfect Fit Swimwear Ltd, trading as Simply Beach (“Simply Beach”). The promoter’s registered details can be found elsewhere on this website.

• Customers aged 18 or over who have purchased a product from Simply Beach may enter the monthly prize draw by submitting a genuine product review through an official Simply Beach review request.

• The review may be positive, neutral or negative. Its content or rating will not affect the entrant’s chance of winning, provided that it is a genuine review of the product purchased and does not contain unlawful, abusive or irrelevant material.

• Each eligible product review submitted during a calendar month will receive one entry into that month’s draw. Duplicate reviews of the same product by the same customer, automated submissions and fraudulent or fabricated reviews will not be accepted.

• Each monthly draw opens at 00:00 on the first day of the calendar month and closes at 23:59 on the final day of that month. Reviews received after the closing time will be entered into the following month’s draw, provided the promotion is still running.

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant month. The draw will take place within five working days of the closing date.

• The winner will receive one £50 Simply Beach electronic gift card. The gift card may be used on simplybeach.com and will be subject to any applicable gift-card terms. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and no alternative will be offered.

• The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their review or order. The winner must respond within 14 days of notification. If the winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted or is found to be ineligible, Simply Beach may select another winner at random.

• Employees of Perfect Fit Swimwear Ltd, members of their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the draw may not enter.

• Simply Beach may ask the winner for limited information needed to verify their eligibility and issue the prize. Personal information will be used to administer the draw in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be added to marketing lists solely because someone has entered the draw.

• Simply Beach reserves the right to disqualify entries reasonably believed to be fraudulent, fabricated, duplicated or otherwise contrary to these terms.

• Simply Beach may withdraw or amend the promotion where reasonably necessary, but changes will not unfairly disadvantage entries already submitted.

• The promoter’s decision regarding eligibility and the selection of the winner is final. Nothing in these terms limits entrants’ statutory rights.

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
