The Small Flower Block Print Blouson Dress in Midnight blue from Juliet Dunn is a mini length dress with a buttoned front, elbow-length gathered sleeves and the neck is finished with a fluted collar. This dress can be worn loose and low at the hips or higher at the waist and cinched with the adjustable waist ties. Hand printed with white flowers and delicate silver thread stripes in the fabric to catch the light.
